Dawn Guynn-Werking is an experienced Settlement Processor, having worked in the mortgage lending industry prior to transitioning into the Title Industry. She worked at an area law firm for seven years immediately prior to joining the team at Village Settlements Inc. Dawn received her Paralegal Degree in 1993 from the Paralegal Institute. As a Settlement Processor with Village Settlements Inc. since 2002, Dawn is responsible for assembling all information needed to prepare the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, including interacting with mortgage lenders and gathering information from Home Owner’s Associations, Loan Payoff Lenders, and obtaining information on taxes as well as credits or charges which are a part of the transaction.
