Katie Langworthy
is our most experienced Settlement Processor, having worked in the real estate settlement industry since 1986. She worked at a predecessor company to Village Settlements, Inc., and then has worked at Village since its formation. Katie is an extraordinarily detail oriented person, which has led her into processing not only residential transactions, but extremely sophisticated commercial transactions as well.

Katie’s knowledge of titles, transfer requirements and loan documents is invaluable. Ms. Langworthy was a life long resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, until she moved to Frederick County ten years ago. Her leisure time includes long distance running fitness activities.
