Lesa Sherwood is our Assistant Controller, and is responsible for all of our accounts receivable and payable. She is intimately familiar with the real estate settlement industry, having been a licensed Realtor for seven (7) years as well as a Settlement Officer for eight (8) years. As such, her knowledge of the financial aspects of the process provides her exceptional insight into the most efficient operation and management of our firm’s business.

Married for 26 years to her High School Sweetheart, Lesa is the mother of four and grandmother of one, believe it or not! Ms. Sherwood has been a part of the Village Settlements team since 2003.
