Patsy Rossano is the most senior of the many experienced settlement processors at Village Settlements Inc. She started in the settlement business in 1983, beginning by learning the final portion of the process, Post Closing. Since then, Patsy has consistently worked in settlement processing, mastering the entire process from beginning to end. Ms. Rossano, who joined Village Settlements Inc. in 2001, handles all aspects of assembling the information needed to prepare the HUD-1 Settlement statements, from gathering tax and homeowner’s association information to interfacing with the new lending institutions and paying off any existing loans or liens against the property. When not helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership, Patsy and her family spend as much time as they can at their beach house in Ocean City, MD.
