Patti Kalamets has been a member of the Village Settlements Inc. Team since 1992. Prior to that time, Patti also worked with some of the Village Attorneys in a predecessor firm, giving her approximately 20 years as a part of Village. Patti shares settlement processing responsibilities with Pam Velisek in the Greenbelt Office, where they prepare the HUD-1 Settlement Statements, as well as all lender and title transfer documents. She is a primary point of contact and information for lenders, Realtors and those buying and selling property. Ms. Kalamets has been involved in every aspect of the settlement process, from case opening to post closing and everything in between.

As a member of the Myersville Elementary PTA, Patti and her family are actively involved in the community, including substantial involvement with the Myersville Junior Baseball League. Patti is one of the most experienced and versatile employees of Village Settlements.
