Wendy Silverman has been an integral part of the Village Settlements Inc. processing team since 1991, when she graduated from Arizona State University with her degree in Criminal Justice. Wendy coordinates the complete real estate settlement process, from receipt of the contract through final disbursement of the funds from closing. Part of her job includes coordination and scheduling with lenders, agents, buyers and sellers to ensure the receipt and dissemination of all required information.
